Women’s health - and women’s hormonal health in particular - has historically been under-researched and under-served, creating a knowledge gap around this natural and inevitable chapter in our lives. When our society isn’t ignoring this life stage, it tends to belittle or dismiss it, further adding to the sense of isolation that many women feel.
This group was created for those of you for whom it has been at least 12 months from your final menstrual period.
With more understanding, support and connection we are more resilient in navigating the postmenopausal life stage.Â
This is a sacred and potent transitional period in your life that offers many possibilities for growth - and the powerful opportunity to shape the trajectory of your health and wellbeing on all levels, both now and into the future.

A YEARLONG LIVE VIRTUAL SMALL GROUP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MOVE THROUGH THIS MIDLIFE STAGE WITH MORE UNDERSTANDING, INTENTION, AND SUPPORT.
Through this intimate group program, you will gain a deeper understanding of the changes that your body is undergoing and the emotional and spiritual shifts that may arise as you move into this new stage. The small group setting provides an intimate, non-judgmental, and welcoming space to explore your experiences and questions, and create nourishing connections with others who are undergoing similar shifts.
Over the course of our year together, you will have access to monthly group sessions where you will gain insights about this chapter of your life and take time to honour the spiritual significance of this personal and collective rite of passage.
Together, we will explore the basic physiology of this life stage, the symptoms you may be experiencing, therapeutic supports to help reduce symptoms and proactively approach your future health, opportunities for self-reflection and strategies to protect and optimize your health during midlife  and beyond.Â
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
12 live virtual
group sessions
of up to 12 people, featuring guided presentations, check-ins, meaningful discussions, and spirit-level questions to work on between our meetings.
12 themed
modules
focusing on different aspects of the post-menopausal journey, including cardiovascular health, emotional health, bone health, cognitive health, menopausal hormone therapy, sleep issues, metabolic changes, libido, and more.
Valuable
resources
including physical and emotional health assessments, therapeutic recommendations for supporting your health in midlife and beyond, information sheets, worksheets, and nourishing spirit level readings.
Membership in our
private online forum
where you may share resources and reflections, ask questions, and find support and empathy from your fellow group members in between sessions.

Hi, I’m Dr. Kristin Schnurr ND
I am a Naturopathic Physician, acupuncturist, mentor, and educator with a passion for integrative hormonal health. I believe that women deserve more when it comes to their health and wellbeing. Helping women navigate the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that accompany midlife transitions in a way that is both informed and empowered is one of my deepest passions and a primary focus of my practice. I am one of a small number of Naturopathic Physicians accredited as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
I developed this nourishing small group program with the goal of helping women make health decisions with more ease, experience greater comfort with the shifting rhythms of their bodies and spirits, and embrace the power and possibility of this sacred life stage with confidence.
